This privacy policy explains how Approach Me®, Inc DBA TrackerX, PointX, Approach Me app, Approachable, and Get Here app, collectively known as “Approach Me” uses and protects any information that you provide when using the apps and website. We take the privacy of our members VERY seriously! You will need to provide an email address, first name (or user name) and verify your phone number to effectively authenticate your identity in order to begin using the app. We also ask for an optional profile photo, which could be any photo of your choosing. We also may rely on a third party sign up, which will provide us with your email, user name, and profile photo. Approach Me® is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website or the app, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance to this privacy statement. Approach Me may change this policy by updating this page. You should check this page periodically to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 6/21/2015.

To provide you with the ability to locate a GPS device or a mobile device, we would need to collect the coordinates for the devices and your coordinates when you are trying to get directions or relative distance to the device. User name or first name. Phone number and email address used for verification and authentication of users. Photos of Saved Locations, when used. Coordinates of Saved Locations, in order to return you back to the saved locations.

In addition to providing the ability for you and those you chose to share a location with to navigate to that saved location, we require this information to understand your needs, and provide you with a better service for the following reasons in particular:

• Internal record keeping.
• We may use the information to improve our products and services
• We may periodically send promotional push notifications about our own new products or our affiliates, special offers, or other information which you may find interesting
• From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes or customer service follow ups.
• We may use the information to customize the website and the app according to your interests.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
